Who can Enroll
Admission to The Fisher Valley College is open to all students who meet its academic standards and who agree to abide by its policies, rules and regulations. The act of enrollment confirms the fact that they have so agreed.

As a general rule, the following students are ineligible for admission:

Those previously enrolled who seek re-enrollment shall submit their clearances and the following:
Transferees/Cross-enrollees
Foreign Students: In addition to the aforementioned requirements;

Tuition Fee Per Unit: 250.00Php
Mode of Payments:
Cash A ten percent (10%) discount on tuition fee will be given for cash payment.
2 Installments The total assessment is payable in two equal payments: 50% upon enrollment 50% on or before midterm exam.
Monthly For monthly payments, a 10% interest charge will be added to tuition fee.
Policy on Refunds A student who transfer or otherwise withdraws in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes, and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other fees in full or for any length longer than one month may be charge 10% of the total amount due for the term if he withdraw within the first week of classes, or 20% if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student will be charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes.

TFVC offers the following scholarships to deserving students:

Who cannot Enroll

- those without an honorable dismissal certificate or who have been refused admission in other schools for reason of academic deficiencies or discipline,
- those previously admitted to the College but have been expelled or excluded there from for disciplinary and/or academic reasons,
- those suffering from highly infectious or communicable diseases and mental disorder, and
- those transferring from private schools with neither government permit nor recognition.
Entrance Requirements
Applicants for admission are required to submit the following credentials:
New Students:
- Completely filled-out Application Form
- Form 138 (Report Card Original)
- Recent photograph (2 pcs. 2”x2”, 2 pcs. 1”x1”)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Entrance Exam
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Form 137 (Student’s Permanent Record)
- Health Certificate (X-Ray)
- Interview by the Guidance Counselor and/or College Director
Old Students:
Those previously enrolled who seek re-enrollment shall submit their clearances and the following:
- Graduating Students: copy of curriculum with grades, report of rating of last semester, and evaluation sheet. Graduating students must file their request for evaluation with the Registrar’s Office one month before start of enrollment.
- Non-Graduating Students: copy of curriculum with grades, and last semester report of rating.
Transferees/Cross-enrollees
- Transfer Credentials (Honorable Dismissal and Transcript)
- Applicant’s letter of request for admission with Parent’s or Guardian’s consent.
- Interview with the College Director
- See 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8 for NEW STUDENTS
Foreign Students: In addition to the aforementioned requirements;
- Study permit from CHED
- CHED evaluation
- Photocopy of Passport

Scholarship
TFVC offers the following scholarships to deserving students:
- Entrance Scholarships
This scholarship is granted by TFVC to high school students graduating with honors. This is initially valid for one year and renewable for the succeeding years if the requirements are met based on the academic scholarship option. Upon enrolment, the students must present a certificate of honor duly signed by their school principal.
- 1 year 100% tuition fee discount for high school valedictorian
- 1 year 50% tuition fee discount for high school salutatorian
- 1 year 25% tuition fee discount for top 10 high school students
- SEEDS Program (Skill Enhancement Education Development for Student Program)
- Study while you work at Jolibee/Greenwich/Chowking/Red Ribbon/Mang Inasal
- Financial Assistance & Scholarship Program
- Government Scholarship

- Student Assistant Scholarship
Deserving students with good academic background and enthusiasm to help the college in any way possible may apply for Student Assistant. Granting of this assistance is on a case-to-case basis due to limited slots. Qualified students may enjoy full or partial tuition fee privilege or allowance depending upon the arrangement made with the Scholarship Committee. - The Living Water Foundation, Int’l Scholarship Grant
The Living Water Foundation, Int’l is a foundation supported by TFVC in line with its mission in reaching out to people in the community. Recently it has approved the granting of full scholarships to incoming freshmen students who meet the minimum requirements.
