There are three recognized student organizations under the College of Business Administration and Accountancy. There are the CBAA Student Organization which servces as the Student Council of CBAA, TFVC-Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, and TFVC-Junior Marketing Association.
HISTORY OF THE TFVC-JUNIOR PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANTS
The TFVC-Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants is a local chapter established in The Fisher Valley College recognized by the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, the largest student organization in the Philippines with more than 80,000 members in different colleges and universities. The idea of forming the local chapter has been in the mind of the CBAA Chairperson, Prof. Marlon B. Raquel being once a member of JPIA in his college days, when he was appointed as Chairperson in 2012. Ms. Kate L. Osorio, the Acting College Director and College Registrar, has been very supportive when she was informed by Prof. Raquel regarding the CBAA's intention to establish a local chapter. Shimar B. Santiago, a BSA alumnus, together with the rest the first set of JPIA officers, lobbied towards the realization of this project. The idea came into fruition in 2014 when the NFJPIA officially recognized TFVC-JPIA. Prof. Anita B. Catolico, CPA, MBA, was appointed as the first Faculty Adviser.
